Unlike traditional wholesalers who provide regular stock by style, we focus on a diverse range of branded goods at prices well below their manufacturing costs. Our products are sold "as-is" in mixed pallets, similar to auction items. As such, we only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items.

We recommend that you carefully review the goods before making a purchase to ensure they meet your expectations. We are based in Milton Keynes and welcome viewings by appointment.

Product Quality: The majority of our products are Grade A, meaning they are brand new. However, due to the nature of our inventory, a small percentage of Grade A goods may have minor defects. These imperfections do not qualify as grounds for returning the entire order.

Returns and Issues: If you believe there is an error with your order, we kindly ask that you double-check your order details before contacting us.

If you receive incorrect items, notice something is missing, or discover any faults, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, invoice number, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will require photographic evidence for any faulty items. We aim to investigate and respond within 7 working days, although response times may vary depending on the complexity of the situation. After our investigation, we reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange, or credit note for defective items, but we may offer a credit note for defective goods to be used towards your next purchase.

Return Policy for Replacements: Any goods agreed upon for replacement must be returned to us at your expense, in their original condition.

Restocking Fee: Returns submitted under false pretenses (e.g., claiming an item was not as described when it was) or returns due to "not liking" the product will incur a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
